To obtain the IP address of the Microsoft Windows CE Emulator, you can follow these steps:

  1. Launch the emulator on your system.
  2. Within the emulator, navigate to the Start menu and access the "Settings" option.
  3. From the Settings menu, select "Control Panel."
  4. Within the Control Panel, locate and open the "Network and Dial-up Connections" option.
  5. Look for the network adapter that is being used by the emulator, usually named "Local Area Connection."
  6. Right-click on the network adapter and choose "Status" from the context menu.
  7. In the Status window, click on the "Support" tab.
  8. The IP address of the emulator should be displayed under the "IP Address" section.

Please note that the steps provided above are based on a general setup, and the exact process may vary depending on the specific version and configuration of the Microsoft Windows CE Emulator.
